Suggestion for sprucing up Boston City Hall: I found the atrium staircase dark and treacherous; the old caution tape on the steps is a mess. It needs safety tape, and that comes in colors! That means we can make City Hall 400% MORE FABULOUS. Why not be fabulous? Let’s do this.
