This interactive kinetic painting was made for FirstLight, an electronic arts exhibit that was part of FirstNight Boston 2015.
On the same platform as the painting ReAwakening (FirstNight 2014), with some functional improvements, the Fireworks design makes the most of saturated, contrasting colors to enhance the effect of washes of light wavelengths “played” by the viewers on a light-up LED console (“The Frobnicator”).
This is it on display at Aeronaut Brewing Company in Somerville, MA, 2015.
