Created especially for Google Cambridge, in their coffeeshop/lounge named “Gold Dome” for the MA Statehouse. A 70′ long interior half-wall on an access ramp faces the barrista counter with a view of windows onto a rooftop garden. Walking down the ramp into the lounge area provides a sequential experience- the painting responds by transitioning from fanciful sky shapes at the top, to a graphic Boston cityscape in fun colors facing the lounge and higher traffic area, with the “gold dome” in metallic leaf.
